we enjoyed a yummy breakfast {in our half renovated kitchen} on halloween morning. we served up some fresh pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes that the kids seemed to think were pretty dang good. i sure loved them but then again i love almost everything with pumpkin in them, just don't fancy the pumpkin pie so much. after breakfast, it was off to school for the kiddos and before i knew it, it was an empty house with just me and jonah who had wandered back to the table looking for his second breakfast. he was ready for some more. (he will usually eat 2-3 breakfasts in the morning. he is quite the bottomless pit.)
