a hose day

it was hot. the pool was too cold. sooo... i gave the kids a hose

and they went to town with it.

at first, they just kind of watered stuff with it, then...

i slowly watched our sand box turn into the pacific ocean.

there was sand everywhere.  kind of like at the beach.

only it was arizona and it was in my backyard.

ooops....

i sort of forgot to apply the sunblock.  by night, this is what jack's

poor back looked like. quite lobsterish.
